We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area for evening cleaning, that is able to work in a fast paced environment. Willing to cover various shifts on a daily basis.
Hours would be:
Sunday’s – 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Monday’s – 5:00pm - 12:00am
Tuesday’s – 5:00pm – 12:00am
Wednesday’s – 5:00pm – 12:00am
Thursday’s – 5:00pm – 12:00am
36 Hours per week apx. Some nights may run longer/shorter depending on the day
Some Friday evenings may be required.
The successful candidates are required to have the following:
- Have a valid driver’s license & clean driving record to be able to drive a company vehicle to sites as required.
- Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
- Able to work independently & around people
- A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading.
- Be currently located in the Fredericton or surrounding area.
- Be able to take direction well, and be able to take on additional tasks on short notice.
Job Duties would include but not limited to.
Building Cleaning of various sites
- Sweeping/Mopping
- Disinfecting touch points
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
- Dusting
- General cleaning duties
- Garbage removal
- And more as directed by supervisors.
- Helping co-workers
- Covering various shifts as required at different sites.
