Building Cleaner Van Route
Evening Janitorial Specialist – Van Route (MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENCE)
- Hours: Evening shift--various time starts
- Responsibilities: In-and-out cleaning at multiple accounts throughout the night.
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
- Perform cleaning tasks at various client sites, including offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.
- Maintain high cleaning standards while adhering to schedule requirements.
- Work collaboratively with a co-pilot to complete nightly routes efficiently.
- Operate and maintain company-provided van and cleaning equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with the ability to represent the company positively.
- Criminal Record Clearance, plus a Federal Clearance will be required
- Supportive team environment.
